What do I do if I need to report, ask, or request something?
Feel free to use the ‘Contact’ form on this website, send a message through one of the platforms we host and partner our properties with (e.g. Airbnb, VRBO, etc.), or email us at promethean.prop@gmail.com and name the list the property number and street address along with a brief mention of the reason for your email in the SUBJECT line of the email.
What are the procedures for booking and checking in?
Depending on what partner platform (e.g. Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) you use, you’ll be notified right away by us with addresses, access codes, and other essential information. We are very responsive and will answer your questions immediately. As we update find new, beneficial platforms to partner with, we’ll update this site, listing what to expect in the way for checking in on each partner platform.
Can I bring my pets? My family?
Pets are always welcome. It must be said that for legal/insurance reasons, certain dog breeds may not be not be allowed, so please let us know if you intend to bring along your furry friends and we’ll send you a quick form to fill out.
Family is also welcomed. Because of occupancy laws/regulations and for safety reasons, please fully disclose all those who intend to stay with you. If any family member has any special needs, please don’t be shy and let us know so we can do our best to make everyone’s stay the best it can be!
What happens if I break something during my stay?
We understand that accidents happen and we trust that you’ll let us know right away so we can replace that item if necessary. While we aren’t concerned about the reimbursement for smaller items, bigger (more expensive) items or damage to the house itself could result in our kindly asking you to cover a part of the cost of replacement.
What happens if I have to leave before the entire time I’ve booked is up?
We understand that emergencies or other things beyond your control come up. We ask that you let us know immediately and the general reason for your early departure. If it’s an emergency or other event that’s beyond your control, there’s no cost of breaking the contract or reservation time. If you decide that you just don’t want to stay there anymore and nothing beyond your control occurred, the reserved time must still be paid in full to cover the costs of vacancy and turnover.
Tell me about your Referral Bonus!
Certainly! We offer $100 for whoever refers the next guest to one of our properties and they’re successfully booked with us for a minimum stay of 1 month! This bonus is paid for each new contract/booking and is paid at the end of each contract/booking reservation.
Can guests stay with me if they’re not listed as a guest?
You may have people over to visit your place while you stay at one of our properties. However, if they are to stay over more than one night, they must register/book through us and there would be a nightly fee applied to each guest in the amount of $59 a night (subject to change). There are local laws that would also need to be considered before extra guests are allowed to stay. Unapproved guests do run the risk of cancelation of your contract with Promethean Properties, LLC.
